Our family chapel 'St Ann's' boasts state of the art mood lighting. Our traditional Chapel 'St Paul's' has been retained with the original woodwork crafted by Percival Gaunt himself and 'St Josef's' Chapel offers full disabled access.

Are the chapels all the same?
No, each chapel has its own unique style and features. For example, St Ann’s features state-of-the-art mood lighting, St Paul’s retains beautiful original woodwork, and St Josef’s is fully accessible for those with mobility needs.
When can I visit the Chapel of Rest?
Visits are available by appointment:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Out-of-hours appointments can also be arranged. Please contact us on 0121 559 1062 to make arrangements.
How long can I stay during a visit?
There is no strict time limit. We want to ensure you have the time and space you need to say your goodbyes. However, we may advise on timing if other families have booked visits after yours.
Can I bring personal items or photographs?
Yes. We actively encourage families to bring cherished photos, mementos, letters, or other meaningful items. This helps create a more personal and comforting space during your visit.
Can children visit the Chapel of Rest?
Yes, children are welcome to visit if you feel it is appropriate. We recommend discussing this with your Funeral Director beforehand, so we can ensure the experience is handled gently and sensitively.
Is the Chapel of Rest accessible for those with disabilities?
Yes. St Josef’s Chapel offers full disabled access, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific mobility or access requirements—please let us know in advance.
Is there support available during the visit?

Do I need to dress formally when visiting?
There is no dress code. You are welcome to dress however feels right and comfortable for you—whether that is formal, casual, or something meaningful to your loved one.
